Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We provide free rough estimates over the phone or via WhatsApp if you send us photos of the project. For complex on-site assessments, a small consultation fee may apply, which is then deducted from your final invoice.
How do you charge: hourly or flat rate?
It depends on the job. Small repairs are usually charged at a competitive hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. Larger projects like flooring or painting are provided as a fixed-price (flat rate) quote.
Are you insured and licensed?
Absolutely. HandyMaster Pro is a fully registered business in Ontario. We carry liability insurance to ensure your property and our team are protected during every job.
Do I need to provide tools or materials?
We bring all the professional tools required for the job. Regarding materials (like paint, tiles, or specific fixtures), you can provide them yourself, or we can pick them up for you for an additional delivery fee.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, we understand that our clients have busy schedules. We offer weekend appointments by request to ensure your home repairs don't interfere with your work week.
